Many post-indie and ternative music fans are wondering how chillwave music will be performed in the live context. This session of Viva Radio features Toro Y Moi performing the hit song "Talamak." It seems like a chill bro, chilling on a keyboard and another bro with a drum pad.
It seems like this minimal/synthetic setup is the aspect of chillwave that infuriates rock n roll critics who want music to be 'all about guitars and kewl stuff.' Chillwave is something 'for the kids' while older rock critics want to see the Who performing at the Super Bowl halftime show.

doesnt translate live, imo. seems 'noobish' and 'boring'. sounds a lot 'better' on the album.
